Initiated a project to update the essential elements and job descriptions of all personnel on site, as well as documented core values of all employees. Proficient in timekeeping and pay code documentation (experience in this area with SAP and Kronos). Currently work with Workday for all HR needs. I've always been an open and willing sounding board for personnel at all levels. Past experience as Sr Administrative Assistant. The "go-to" person when others didn't know where to turn. Liaison between site and corporate personnel. Direct working relationship with Senior/Executive team members, participated on the leadership team. Improved many processes over the years to support the needs of executive teams and provide seamless reports/information as requested. Have little regard for poor communications or those who are not team players willing to wear multiple hats on a daily basis. I believe everyone should try to know more about other roles than their own.
