About Carla Thomas

I am a Perth-based Holistic Health Coach and Brand Ambassador with a specialisation in mind-body medicine and holistic living. I've worked with individuals, groups and corporate businesses (on holistic health programs and presentations for employees) on realigning mind-body habits in order to release our natural potential for wellness.I am an experienced Wellness Speaker and Brand Ambassador, presenting live and digitally to audiences around Australia and overseas on wholefood nutrition and a holistic approach to health.I joined the Happiness Co team in 2022 to expand their offerings in corporate and individual wellness. I have worked with Wellness Stations for the past year helping build the brand and clientele as a business partner.
