Directed daily operations of six, 2,500-gallon recirculating systems. Detected disease, and treated fish for illnesses before problems escalated. Raised Rainbow Trout and Atlantic Salmon from 100 grams to market size. Monitored length and weight of fish to determine density of the system. Contributed research data to publication which received the Aquacultural Engineering Society Superior Paper Award, Special Issue Vol. 41, 2009.

Grew greenhouse plants, herbs and flowers for sale in gift shop. Selected inventory from vendors at craft shows. Created flower arrangements and crafts to sell in shop. Tracked sales, and reordered inventory as needed. Handled all monetary transactions.
