Human Resources-Associate Operations Processor
Primarily responsible for answering incoming telephone calls from Wells Fargo employees in a Human Resource contact center environment , focusing on questions related to payroll, displacements, policies, programs and on-line tools associated with Human Resources. Has the ability to execute the process. Navigates multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information in a fast- paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.Establishes credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships by engaging with customers and providing solid problem-solving skills. Understands confidentiality. Utilizes Workday, Service Now and Microsoft to perform day to day tasks. Pays attention to detail and accuracy with good verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
