I'm Carla - a current graduate student in Engineering Management at Cornell University, actively seeking an internship opportunity as a Product Manager or Software Engineer.During my undergraduate studies in Computer Science at Zhejiang University, I established a robust foundation in programming and garnered a wealth of experience through diverse engineering projects. Additionally, I conducted in-depth research on Vectorization Compiling Optimization.My experience at Internet+ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition intrigued my interest in product management. At the competition, I built a 3D online education app to improve the online learning experience. The product demo received positive feedback from over 1000 users and my team won the top 1% of the competition. Later, I interned as a product manager at ByteDance, where I assisted in improving the Argos microservice monitoring platform through extensive user interviews and devising product features, expecting to reduce 20+% of user requests.At Cornell University, I have gained more business insights and management skills through practices of Project Management, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Customer Analytics and etc. I am eager to apply my diverse technical and management skill set and passion for product innovation in a dynamic internship role.
