Assist the Treasury Management Manager with contracts and proposals in order to assess current business customers as well as grow business relations and deposits for the bank.Manage remote deposit installs, training and trouble shooting for River Valley's business customers.Roll out and train business customers on secure tokens, a new product for the bank required for all online ACH and wire customers.Member of the wellness committee as well as a member of the Incredi-League: a group of employees hand selected by the president of the bank to be advocates for all River Valley associates. Committee Chair for the Incredi-League's annual Vision Expo. Leading a team to create, manage and implement an expo, educational and recognition day for all 300+ employees at River Valley Bank throughout 13 different locations.

- Daily utilize Delphi in order to create, edit and route contracts, letters and BEO’s- Receive and transfer incoming calls by means of multi-line telecommunication- Discuss personal and event information with potential clients in order to ensure accurate managerial assistance.- Support and assist two sales managers and one catering manager- Resolve potential event problems and answer clients’ questions - View and confirm guest room reservations with the help of GEAC

- Supervise and manage associates in four separate food and beverage outlets- Utilize TimeSaver software to resolve associates’ time clock and meal breaks issues- Actively participate in Starwood’s Brand Training program (4 sessions)- Collaborate with other departments throughout the hotel to accomplish daily tasks- Employ hotel’s MICROS system to reopen checks, provide discounts and close in-house tickets- Manage large amounts of currency and provide associates with necessary change- Multi-task in various positions including: supervisor, server, hostess and busser- Work directly with guests, Director of Outlets, Food and Beverage Managers, cooks and servers in order to create a warm and comforting atmosphere for both guests and associates - Maintain daily safety logs for outlets and attend monthly “Be Safe” meetings- Team with Director and Outlet Managers to conduct successful entrance interviews
