  As its first-ever female CEO, led the revitalization of this 88-year-old trade association, comprised of successful entrepreneurs in the convenience services industry. During the first year, reframed the organization’s mission and vision, fueling a capital campaign to fund new initiatives and establish organizational competencies, resulting in $5M in added revenue within 9 months. Reinvigorated NAMA’s Federal and state-based government affairs programs, tackling mission-critical regulatory and legislative issues and the accelerating association’s Washington DC Fly-In, attracting more than 300 owner-operator participants annually. Renamed, rebranded and revitalized the association’s image among both internal and external audiences worldwide as a leader in convenient self-service retail and workplace amenities.
