My main performance goals were to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the volunteer program and to develop alternative revenue streams for the organization. I created a new volunteer and fundraising database, increased volunteer event revenue by 55%, promoted 500+ volunteer program through presentations and real-time marketing, developed new volunteer event webpage, engaged executive board in capital campaign, designed volunteer management training for HDA carpenters, managed all social media and was contacted by National Housing Coalition to present on Social Media best-practices for other non-profit housing organizations.
