Develop strategic production plans, warehousing strategy for strong growth business environment.I am accountable for CSR activity, plant production schedules, Raw Materials, Forecasting, Warehouses, APO Integrity, Lead supply/demand functions at Havre de Grace, MD plant. Further responsibilities are developing and maintaining annual budget of Warehouse, Schedulers, Raw Materials and presenting both case for new budget and results to corporate.I am responsible for 4 direct reports with a warehouse manning 0f 50+ personnel.• Responsible to report year end results to Corporate.

As Global Raw Materal Planner I was in charge of $3B of raw materials annually, from forecast to delivery in 5 plants in North America, Germany and Singapore.I planned the aggregated strategic forecast globally. I interacted closely with plants on the short term orders and issues and with various level of leadership in mid range forecasts and problems solving. Deeply Involved with S&OP process on both Regional and Global levels, I developed best practices and process for our raw material requirements. Developed Supplier Mix Optimization program and maintained metrics on high volume or high impact raw materials. I was also involved in the development of DuPont's new tools for planning and ERP.

During this time I trained in both Black Belt and Lean Practices. My projects included mapping complex international supply chain, inventory reduction for $500K savings, SKU reduction by 20%.

Global MPS over three different product lines at any given time; a growth line, a commodity line and a start up of a green product. Many of the production plants had multi step stages to manage. I was able to be a part of the team to move from antiquated planning and execution systems to start of ERP systems, including SAP. In that role, I was privleged to take the lead in our green business to integrate and train in the Czech Republic, after which I was a lead in the project to move the facilities, which we accomplished without disruption to our customers. I was a team member for the first integrated S&OP in DuPont.

As Logistic Buyer, I was responsible for Dry Bulk, Haz Waste and Transloading Services. I directed reverse auctions, bidding,and selection of suppliers. This took a vast understanding of bulk trucking, the rail road industry, hazardous waste, and DOT rules and regulations. As Transloading Buyer for DuPont I inspected, regulated and knew the commodities for which I was responsible. I designed and developed one of the first inbound/outbound models for Sulfuric Acid involving several different transloaders and several refineries.

During this time I started as Asst Buyer, promoted to Buyer. I took many internal and external classes in the art of negotiation, contract law, etc... In order to improve my expertise.
