It all started with CENTURY 21 Dome in 1993 where I became aware of the power of both real estate and the franchise industry. 2005 I transitioned into a new role when Conexus Credit Union purchased the CENTURY 21 offices in four cities. As the Provincial Broker, managing all six offices within Regina, Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, and Prince Albert. When Conexus Credit Union exited the Real Estate industry in 2011 I invested in the C21 Brokerage with partners in Regina.With my need to always be challenged, I ventured in 2013 into the Real Property Management Franchise and began brokering the Real Property Management Professionals office in Saskatoon. In 2016 I transitioned from my management role at the CENTURY 21 office to focus on growing the Real Property Management Professional's office in Saskatoon. My passion for the Real Estate/Property Management Industry and all things Franchising has allowed me to be involved in many aspects of the Real Estate and Franchise industries. Being introduced to the Franchisor side and the passion to assist with building the brand across Canada I became the Managing Broker for the RPM Central offices as BC, AB, and ON in 2019. In the same year, I became the Operations Manager of Real Property Management Limited Partnership, opening new growth avenues for the offices and the RPM brand across Canada. In 2021, I proudly was appointed as President of Real Property Management Canada, a role which has allowed me to assist many with the dream of business ownership with a national brand.In 2023 the Charlwood Pacific Group who is the parent company of Century 21, Real Property Management, and Centum Financial offered me an opportunity to be part of the Integration Team. This allows me to use my knowledge of all 3 industries to better assist Canadians through their housing journey. In addition to my primary professional responsibilities, I am actively involved in my community. I proudly serve as a Director with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission, a past Board Member of the Saskatchewan Landlord Association, and a past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce.
