She has managed the overall recruiting efforts for several business units by partnering with the leadership team to ensure quality staffing efforts and procedures. Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright RPO, Carla served as an Internet Researcher at Creative Recruitment Solutions and MCI partnering with several telecom companies as well as other clients to increase their respective headcounts as well as gather competitor information for the clients. Carla has provided professional consultation for hiring managers/clients regarding HR issues such as salary issues, interviewing techniques, Onboarding, Branding, and OFCCP practices.
