As part of the American Cities Climate Challenge (ACCC), an unprecedented opportunity for 25 cities to significantly deepen and accelerate their efforts to tackle climate change and promote a sustainable future for their residents, I work with city officials, local community leaders, and national partners to develop and implement initiatives designed to advance carbon reductions through policies and programs focused primarily on building energy efficiency, renewable energy, and transportation. * Created EV Cincy, an education and public awareness platform to increase electric vehicle adoption in the Greater Cincinnati market. Developed EV Cincy Ambassador program to deliver EV education across online platforms reaching more than 10,000 digital interactions with the inaugural Ambassador team, designed EVCincy website, created the EVroom Zoom framework for online events to engage and educate the Cincinnati audience. * Developed strategy to equitably build out public EV infrastructure which served as the backbone for Ohio EPA grant application for 14 charging stations.* Negotiated MOU between city and utility for $1.2 M energy efficiency funding mechanism and developed a suite of energy efficiency programs for low-income residents living in multifamily buildings using that funding to provide 60 in-unit retrofits, 70 families with energy efficiency education materials, and bill assistance; grant funding for 10 capital upgrade projects. *Supporting the development of Climate Save Neighborhood workshop series to create a pilot for equitable community engagement that will drive the next iteration of Cincinnati's climate change strategy. * Leading development of equitable community engagement process for the development of new transit projects.

Resulted in managing Mayor's appointment to lead US Mayor's Task Force on Census, engagement with Mayors Against Illegal Guns and US Mayor's Climate Protection Agreement.• Revised City strategy for tourism and Conventions to rebuild Cincinnati’s national and international image. Resulted in adding to 32% increase in Convention sales in 5 years.Managed 6 direct reports and a $500K office budget. Led development and execution of strategy to create and engage a US volunteer network to advocate for poverty alleviation policies in Congress. Grew the online membership from 100,000 to 2 million.• Created and managed partnership relationships with local non-profits, elected leaders and high-profile decision makers in seven Congressional Districts. • Recruited, hired, trained and coached all field staff (remote placements in US) on approach to identify and secure local partnerships.• Developed outreach strategy targeting key constituents (media, faith, grassroot, grasstop, college)• Developed reporting and monitoring system to track outreach and engagement. • Created protocols for local content development, created collateral materials for volunteer distribution.Managed staff of up to 20 direct reports. The engagement campaign model built the public support needed to urge Congress to enact the largest US increase in funding for Africa in 40 years. I was promoted to assist with creation of the ONE campaign, part of a global initiative with a coalition of more than 50 non-profits that successfully lobbied for the 2005 G8 Summit agreement directing an additional $25 billion in aid to Africa. I created coordinated member activation at the 2005 US Live8 concert in Philadelphia and led a select group of 100 US advocates to the 2005 G8 summit in Edinburgh, Scotland where I organized and managed their participation in the Make Poverty History campaign mobilizations.
