I’m a Marketing Director with a deep knowledge in managing Sales Force network in a complex environment. I enjoy the possibility to concentrate on strategic thinking in long term view, defining brand and product positioning on the market, maintaining a strong connection with the definition and implementation of the daily instruments that can bring concretely to the objective. I manage international projects with the aim to define the specific business model to be adopted in the different markets. My education, Management Engineering, gave me good analytical skills and ability in process management while, my personal nature pushes me to explore new opportunities. These qualities help me in the omnichannel strategy implementation project: adding to the advisors’ sales force network, e-commerce and retail business channels. New integrated channels create the opportunity for me to build up a well-structured customer journey, focusing on consumer caring with the possibility to measure the touch point performances through a KPI system. I strongly believe that Direct Sales needs to maintain a fundamental focus on the customer, that’s the reason why I was determinate in implementing a forceful customer experience linked to the product and to the brand. This experience must emerge during the sales process as well as during the customer’s after sales path. Managing teams in complex projects and bring them to reach the objective gives me energy and motivation.
