I believe in a dynamic world of possibilities and am passionate about learning, leadership, and change management. My first job as a public school teacher planted a lifelong seed of educational equity and learning. Over the years, I nourished my passion for advocacy by directing a workforce development and education nonprofit. I took leadership opportunities serving on the Board of Directors for the Latino Professionals Association and chaired the Multicultural Affairs Committee for the City of Madison. My knowledge working for government agencies, nonprofits, and education have taught me relationship management and adaptability. Now, my focus is on guiding and empowering state and local governments as a consultant. I am a certified change practitioner with six years of experience setting the strategic direction of programs, using data to tell stories, and influencing change. I am self-directed and flexible. I have experience in learning & development, workforce development, and strategic communications.
