- Served as the principal translator for TA-DA!’s line of Spanish language education products including the Language Adventure book series and the Spanish Picture Dictionary with the goal of advancing bilingual language learning - Collaborated with the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México to produce culturally relevant material for the Spanish Picture Dictionary and determine the proper guidelines for Spanish language grammar and spelling for TA-DA!’s complete Spanish book line- Facilitated communications and conducted interviews with 20+ native Spanish speakers and the CEO of TA-DA! Language Productions- Supervised audio selection process for the Language Adventure book series with a focus on phonetics, language assessment , and audio quality

- Supervised guest relations for various special events including birthday parties - Managed skate distribution, lacing assistance, and lessons both off and on the ice for guests (children and adults)- Administered first aid when necessary- Coordinated with skate guards for safety measures during on-ice sessions - Oversaw the work of other Party Captains and served as a point of contact for the Participant Development Manager

- Composed and distributed weekly homework assignments and semesterly projects through Canvas and Google Forms for 150+ students - Prepared and coordinated trainings for teaching assistants regarding course requirements, assignment development, and technical proficiency- Evaluated other teaching assistants’ progress on grading homework and student communications

- Performed quantitative and qualitative analyses on data extracted from the results of the National Patient Experience Survey- Developed templates and frameworks to present National Patient Experience Survey data to Irish citizens- Contributed to the design and creation of promotional material for the National Patient Experience Survey and National Maternity Experience Survey websites and social media- Applied confidentiality practices for comment moderation and anonymization in line with the General Data Protection Regulation- Utilized Microsoft Word and Outlook to provide comprehensive administrative support to the National Care Experience Programme team

- Recruited, interviewed, and onboarded 30+ applicants at the start of each semester; prepared and facilitated orientation and subsequent trainings for new and returning mentors- Managed a team of 15+ literacy mentors: planned and led weekly team meetings to inform mentors on BUILD events and systemic educational issues- Coordinated a mentoring schedule, created site policies, and matched mentors with scholars- Utilized Google Sheets features such as data tables, pivot tables, and reference data to quantitatively analyze mentor-scholar data for funding purposes

- Provided one-on-one mentoring to 3-4 elementary school students each semester to help them develop and improve their literacy skills through reading and activities- Organized “Literacy Days” and book fairs to engage BUILD scholars in reading- Attended mentor trainings for enrichment and improvement of mentoring strategies to better serve our students

- Planned and organized biweekly team socials and dinners as well as semesterly banquets and retreats- Oversaw the recreational team of 30+ members: planned team practices, workshops, lessons, etc.- Served as a communication liaison for the recreational team and the officer board
