Within my role, I am responsible for:- Development of Quarterly and and Annual social media plans, with a view to attracting and engaging customers;Planning and fulfilment of day-to-day social media content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest;- Monitoring, reporting and optimisation of social media channels;- Management of paid social media campaigns;- Working with copywriters and designers to deliver vibrant and engaging posts.

As a member of the communications team, I work alongside colleagues to promote the charity's international development programming across our platforms, including our role in the UK government-funded International Citizen Service Scheme.Within my role, I am responsible for:- Copywriting, proofreading and editing content in line with brand guidelines;- Planning and executing quarterly digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and paid digital advertising;- Monitoring impact of digital marketing campaigns against set budgets;- Management of email marketing campaigns, including ensuring GDPR compliance;- Writing and placing media pieces in local and regional news outlets; and- Ongoing support to volunteers engaged in overseas volunteering placements.

As a member of the Student Advisory Board, I provided advice and guidance to help the QAA fulfill its strategic vision to:- Enhance the quality and secure the standards of UK higher education;- Provide leadership in assuring and enhancing the quality of higher education;- Extend and enhance the value and reach of QAA's services.In addition to my core duties, I also contributed to QAA events, including:- Acted as a panelist at QAA Annual Conference (Leeds, June 2015);- Acted as MC for the annual, student-facing, Quality Matters Conference (Birmingham, November 2015)- Consulted on Government's Green Paper "Higher education: teaching excellence, social mobility and student choice."

I was responsible for the full portfolio of quality assurance and enhancement activities across the conservatoire, including validation and monitoring exercises. In addition to planning and executing student feedback activities, I was also responsible for preparing for the upcoming QAA review of the conservatoire in March 2016.Within this role, I was also responsible for:- Managing student feedback activity, and developing enhancement initiatives- Updating conservatoire policies in line with external benchmarks;- Working with Student Union colleagues to enhance the student voice;- Supporting Student Union colleagues to prepare for the Higher Education Review; and- Supporting conservatoire staff in preparing for the Higher Education Review.

I undertook an internship in collaboration with York Minster and the University of York's Institute for the Public Understanding of the Past. In this role, I worked with York Minster staff to prepare for the staging of the York Mystery Plays in the Minster building for the first time in 15 years. I worked alongside staff to manage the impact of this high-profile event on the day-to-day running of the Minster.Within this role, I took on two main streams of work.Performance management:- Sourcing and liaising with performers- Completing Health and Safety evaluations- Drawing up and managing contracts with performers- Managing budget for performersCommunications and Copywriting- Transcribing interviews with cast and crew- Copywriting programme content- Following up with media contacts to organise press previews

As the member of staff responsible for SUSU's work on education, I have improved the experience of students by empowering academic representatives and managing student-led campaigns on educational issues.- Management of the election of over 600 academic representatives;- Created a comprehensive skills-based training program for academic representatives;- Delivered training to student volunteers and colleagues; - Engaged local businesses and community organistions with SUSU campaigns;- Support for student-led decision making in committees;- Budget management for both long and short-term projects;- Events management, including training conferences and award ceremonies; and- Conducted research to inform organisational policy and long-term strategy.

I supported a team of five colleagues to successfully administer a portfolio of over 100 clients, including individuals, charitable trusts, and multinational companies. I contributed to the success of the team through my responsible, self-motivated attitude. - Produced professional correspondence (emails, letters, faxes) in line with house style. - Minuted meetings of committees to ensure decisions were made in line with international law.- Managed client assets using multiple structures. - Administered complex projects in communication with client intermediaries. - Maintained due diligence records on clients, in line with statutory obligations.- Managed the incorporation of companies, in line with Jersey Financial Services Commission regulations.
