Partnered with New York senior corporate functional leaders to transition the recently acquired organization, The Associates, to CITI platforms. Led HR due diligence for several divestitures that did not fit with CITI's footprint.Prior to CITI purchasing The Associates, served as the HR business partner to leaders of 7 diverse commercial finance business units.
