Current- Responsible for all onboarding processes, background checks and drug tests.
- FMLA processing and leave management.
- Responsible for job postings, resume review, phone screens and interview scheduling.
- Served on the interview team for all manufacturing positions.
- Creation and maintenance of employee profiles in HRIS (ADP). This includes new hire entry, direct deposits, compensation changes, and tax withholdings.
- Responsible for I-9 management, completing employment verifications, timecard system management, and the maintenance of all employment records.
