Since early 2011, the report has changed to a straight line to the Finance Director in Spain, and dotted line to the local Managing Director.Involvement in strategy definition and decision process, preparation of business plan, budget control.Direct link with the other directors, ensuring the implementation of business plans and international policies.Responsibility for Supply Chain Management during 2 years, including Invoicing, Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse and Distribution. Direct involvement in stock management.Biomet Portugal elected representative in the European Works Council, which is a consulting body responsible for monitoring group activities, together with group CEO. Part of statutory bodies of APORMED (Portuguese Association for Medical Device Companies).

Development of team work competencies, leadership and deadline fulfilment.Involvement in corporate special auditings, such as due diligences, judicial administrations, and evaluation of internal control systems.
