In my career this has translated to a proven leader of customer engagement and solution definition, delivery, and success. I extended my personal success by building and managing pre-sales consulting, software implementation and customer success teams driven by the same philosophy and goals.Most recently I enhanced my decades of corporate experience with formal training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as a Licensed Professional Counselor with a focus on high performers. Today I use this combined skillset to help transform the state of mental health and wellbeing in law by helping lawyers sustain optimal wellness and peak performance through intervention, triage, skill building, coaching, and programming.
