They are the proud child of an immigrant Cuban father and a Nuyorican mother, and believe that everyone deserves to thrive. With a decade of experience in designing and facilitating trainings, symposia, and resources on SOGIESC, DEI, and Anti-Oppression, they have trained thousands of schools, school districts, medical clinics, and other organizations and groups across the United States, building the capacity of tens of thousands of teachers, administrators, doctors, psychologists, counselors, and other leaders.
