As financial director, I ensured that the financial information and reports were reliable for decision-making purposes, duly aligned with the management’s strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO & Periodical reporting to the Board and to the Shareholders. I defined and coordinated 4 teams - Financial, HR, Purchasing and IT, with a total of 10 people.Main Achievements:- Experience and project execution of investments in Productive Innovation (e.g. factory expansion and new industrial unit) and RD&T investments (industrial machinery, automated warehouses, etc.); - Tax optimization and use of the most diverse tax benefit mechanisms applicable to the company (SIFIDE - with 100% approval rates, RFAI, DLRR, among others).

The 8 years at ALERT in the Financial Department were lived in a highly demanding atmosphere, which was relevant for individual and professional growth, resulting in a great professional evolution.Participated actively in Board meetings and experiencing this entrepreneurship envolvement was both gratifying and rewarding.This experience meant mainly acquiring relevant know-how in internationalization process of exponential growth, but also going through the restructuring and reorganization processes.Main Achievements:- Accompanying the entire internationalization process (8 branches) and the exponential growth in sales and human resources (+1000); - Participation in the restructuring of the company (collective redundancy, renegotiation of debt with various banking institutions, entry of new shareholders into the capital, participation in Due Diligence, negotiation of installment plans with Finance and Social Security and other creditors, including employees).

Was invited, by Deloitte, to be part of both Human Resources and Finance and Accounting area, in a Senior category.Assumed the following performances in the Human Resources department:- Payroll, taxes and Social Security,- Recruitment, selection and training.The main companies where these services were rendered:- Culture Sector;- IS IT Retail;- Transport Sector;- Building Materials Industry;- Consumer Goods;- Enterprise Public Entity.

The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) was a fulfilling background for all knowledge regarding the Finance and Accounting areas, making contact with different industries possible. The training period latest six months, having been promoted to the category of assistant, and then senior category. Some of the customers where I have performed services as Senior were:- Enterprise Public Entity;- Textile Sector;- Merchandising sector;- Industrial Industry;- Some consortiums (Construction sector).I additionally participated a member of the Audit team with some clients.

A small company (Construction and Real Estate activities) which allowed my first steps in active business environment.

First professional experience (professional internship) which lasted only 3 months at BES, was in the customer service and bank cashier. As well as helping customers with their cash queries, this job was also fairly sales-orientated.
