• Ensure that all finance tasks are carried out accurately and in line with monthly / quarterly deadlines and adhere to Sarbanes & Oxley regulations and internal control standards.• Responsible for Internal and External billing for Global and/or Pan European EPS contracts.• Calculation of monthly revenue accruals / deferrals. • Liaise with Accounts Receivables in country and GDC Service Delivery Management for any customer invoice or payment queries.• Ensure approved purchase orders are in place and invoices checked and processed for payment.• Contribute to the achievement of customer satisfaction targets.

• Responsible for the monthly or quarterly billing of several EPS European Accounts. • Ensure billing accuracy, timeliness and Sarbanes & Oxley compliance for the European EPS Accounts. • Complete volume reconciliation in a timely manner according to customer agreement.• Create and manage contractual information in XSAP system, in order to deliver correct invoices in a timely manner.• Calculation of monthly revenue accruals for billing in arrears.• Approving Internal Recharges for contracts where applicable.• Liaise with Accounts Receivables in country and Service Delivery Teams for any customer payment issues.• Escalate to the next level any unresolved customer issues in order to meet the requirements within the time scales agreed.• Contribute to the achievement of customer satisfaction targets.

• Managing existing 3rd party contracts: responsible for Purchase Orders and invoice validation.• Liaise with Order Management and Service Delivery Teams.• Responsible for the monthly billing of several XOS European Accounts.

• Investigation, validation, registration and on-going administration of Office customer warranties and contracts.• Dealing with Portuguese customers questions assuming responsibility for all their queries.• Support the collation and validation of meter reads from customers, checking if the details are accurate• Work and liaise with local Xerox entities, Xerox Europe and Welcome & Support Centre team (WSC) on contract and entitlement issues.• Liaise with WSC and Query Team and Specialist Team on a daily basis.• Serve as a centre of competence for other groups within Xerox.• Use judgment to deal with calls which cannot be handled by agents and escalate to the appropriate team (i.e., Query Team, claims to Helpdesk Portugal…).• Responsible for managing back office backlogs of errors and contract problems, related to the French Group.
