Structuring and maintaining Compliance and Data Privacy Programs; Drafting and reviewing Policies; Organizing and conducting periodic training sessions in Ethics and Privacy for large teams; Managing the ethics hotline and conducting Corporate Investigations; Drafting/reviewing/adapting Contracts; Conducting privacy risk analyses and preparing Impact Reports; Managing the company's brand portfolio, as well as searches and filings in other countries; Conducting research on Data Protection legislation in Europe, the USA, and Latin America.

Implementation of the Integrity Program; Drafting and Reviewing the Code of Conduct and other Internal Policies; Conducting research, verification, data analysis, and conclusions regarding adherence to Compliance program guidelines; Organizing and conducting periodic training sessions in Ethics and Integrity for large teams; Preparing opinions and consultations on donations, sending documentation to third parties, receiving institutional gifts and presents; Monitoring Compliance Indicators; Promoting the Culture of Ethics and Integrity within the company in accordance with market practices; Managing the Ethics Hotline and investigating received reports, including/suggesting changes in policies and training/communicating with all involved; Participating in the due diligence process of suppliers; Compliance with the LGPD through data processing mapping by sectors and drafting Internal and External Privacy Policies, adapting existing contracts, and preparing DPIAs; Developing internal procedures for the control and protection of Intellectual Property; among other responsibilities.

Monitoring the process of registering International Trademarks with the INPI; Translating documents related to Trademark registration, such as assignment agreements, petitions, and filings; Drafting letters to clients regarding the status of Trademark registration processes according to the Industrial Property Gazette; communicating approvals/rejections, oppositions, and expirations; Assisting in the preparation of trademark searches, legal opinions, and analysis of reports to identify potential conflicts, among other tasks.
