Vernon's Most Respected Training Center. We are a Private Facility focusing on the needs and goals of under 200 members. We pride ourselves on quality, scientific training with SAFE progressions for our clients and our athletes. Our clients and athletes receive FMS/SFMA and a variety of other benchmark Assessments. We offer heart rate training utilizing Polar systems in real time and we offer specialty training for non-members including our popular 8 week challenges which run four times a year. Our clients range from new moms to corporate athletes and our athletes range from amateur to pros. While we specialize in hockey we support and service a wide range of athletic backgrounds and careers including football, rugby, wakeboarding, skiing, rodeo, lacrosse, baseball, basketball and volleyball. In September 2018, Excel Fitness was rebranded to "Training House" and relocated to the Kal Tire Place North Expansion.
