In this studio that specializes in Project Management I was an intern that assisted in the Project Management of public architectural & urban projects that were both complicated and complex. In this internship I also assisted in the drafting of construction documents. Some of the tasks I was in charge of where:- Analyzing, Monitoring and controlling most of the information received by the different stakeholders of the project.- Assistance in the basic project audit which was delivered to the Architectural Team.- Verifying data submitted by the stake holders to ensure quality for the project objectives.- Coordinating with international Architectural Offices to channel local Spanish communications with the London based stakeholders.- Drafting and measuring project components into a budget proposal for the construction.

I underwent in a 3-month Internship in this architecture studio. During this time period I was in charge of developing the manual for the handicapped accesibility of the Movie Theaters in Barcelona. This manual is an analysis of the current accesibility situation in these Movie Theaters and their compliance with the Catalan law for accesibility. Some of my tasks where:- Designing all of the information and anaylisis reports to showcase the information as best as possible.- Coordinating Team efforts to ensure quality and times- Planning and scheduling tasks to guarantee deadlines- Proof reading and revising all of the document for its publishing.- Assisting on architectural side projects for the studio, drafting, revising and defining architectural solutions for ongoing projects.

Served as an architect providing support in the design of several national and international projects of different scales and nature (ranging from resort complex development, to residential housing urban development). - Assisted on the licensing process for project development and construction.- Lead the team efforts toward the completion of the productivity & design goals for the time needed in the absence of my superior. - Reviewed the MEP Proposals to manage efforts, to avoid conflicts between the design and services of the project.- Coordinated the electrical/structural/plumbing efforts to provide a unified product to the client. - Worked on the drafting of constructive documentation necessary for the realization of the project.- Utilized multiple design software packages for preparation of architectural drawings including 2D and 3D modeling

In Titan Development Studio, Carla participated in an internship in the UI/UX department. during this internship, Carla lead design proposals for the graphic design and usability flow of websites. Carla was selected to participate in an internship with this architecture studio, one of the most daring studios in Dominican Republic, being the first to ever bring the country's pavilion to the prestigious Venice architecture Biennale. During this time, Carla served in the modelling department, constructing study models and assisted in the development of building documents for several projects ranging from office work, to a residential apartment complex.

Carla served as a junior architect in this Construction and real-state development company serving as a junior architect. She assisted the needs of the senior engineers into developing proposals for different projects as required. Some of the tasks she fulfilled during the internship where: - Responsible of developing the design proposal for an office local in the metropolitan area of Santo Domingo.- Developing a functional scheme of a distribution center in the Industrial Area of the city, consisting of several deposit hangars and developing the concept for the flow of delivery trucks of the complex.

Hosted the Annual Toy Drive closure Event at Hard Rock Cafe in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
