Planning and organising the LOC protocol department, including staff planning, revision and control.- Developed the Protocol Operational Planning and other Ancillary events (FIFA Banquets, FCC and FWC Draws and others).- Constantly interlocution with FIFA counterpart, aligning and implementing the operational plans for 12 host cities (according to the rules and requirements established by FIFA).- Responsible of Protocol LOC for the inspections visits at the Stadiums (planning of the tournaments needs vs. legacy of stadia). - Alignment of services and operations with other Functional Areas as: Transport, Security, Access Control, etc. - Responsible for hiring companies, agencies and suppliers for the protocol related services for Federations Cup, World Cup and other events related. - Development of scope of services. Management and negotiation with procurement area the big contracts of the department. - Selection process with HR department of a large number of the staff (temporary and permanent) for protocol operations in 12 cities (approximately 105 persons, not including volunteers). - Leadership of the protocol staff in 12 cities guarantying that the operations and high-level services were well implemented, following the same procedures in all host cities. - Alignments with governments and heads of state ceremonials’ staff the attendance of national and international authorities during the tournament.
