- Responsible for implementing the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Integrated Management system;- Management of the Treasury, Accounting and Human Resources departments;- Performing various tasks as a certified accountant, namely the preparation of annual projections of operating results.

- Responsible for the implementation of the PHC Integrated Management system in the areas of Management, Accounting, Personnel and Fixed Assets;- Management of the Treasury, Accounting and Human Resources departments;- Performing various tasks as a certified accountant, such as tax planning and relations with the Tax Administration.

- Supervision of ACE’s and Consortia accounting;- General accounting and closing accounts of all Group companies;- Analytical accounting and cost control;- Consolidation of the accounts of the entire group;- Responsible for the implementation and control of the Multi computer system.
