WorldWide Working (3W) is a Central Government Shared Service Organization providing products and services for staff who work and travel abroad on behalf of the Dutch government. At 3W I am part of the Travelpoint project team. This team is responsible for the launch of a new travel- and expense platform for international travel: Travelpoint. Travelpoint is used by 10 ministries, including all Dutch embassies worldwide, and a number of High Councils of State. The project has known various phases (tender process, migration and implementation and deployment). Travelpoint is live since May 2023 and currently we are working on further developments and improvements. My role focusses mainly on:• Jointly responsible for tender process• Responsible for set-up (organization and financial references structure) and data migration to Travelpoint:17 ministries/organizations and around 15.000 user accounts• Contact for other ministries/organizations regarding set-up Travelpoint platform• Implementation of parts of Travelpoint (Atriis/Yokoy)• Advise and support operational maintenance• Advise and support Service Desk, customer success manager and trainer• Advise, testing and review of new functionalities

Schiphol-Rijk

As an account & product manager I am responsible for advice and implementation of digital travel solutions, third party and in-house, for the corporate clients of ATPI. Main tasks:• Follow up digital tool request within deadline• Reporting and registration of delivered products• Providing (virtual) presentations and training• Providing training material in multiple languages• Answering (technical) questions (mail, phone, chat)• Maintenance of digital tools of over 200 customers in Benelux and France• Testing and implementation of new functionalities• Supporting commercial team in tender process and assessmentsIn this self-managing team we are responsible for the Benelux and French market and are part of a global team. I work closely together with different teams, like commercial, operational and (technical) development teams.

Nederland

Responsible for the E-commerce fulfillment team of ATPI in the Netherlands. This team handles all reservations of ATP’s websites, its affiliate partners and non-IATA travel agencies. Main tasks:• Planning and supervision of a team of 20 at 3 office locations (including remote workers)• Supervising technical, operational and commercial support• Conducting annual reviews• Guidance in case of reintegration in case of absence• Troubleshooting in case of technical issues• Administration and reporting• Quality control • Evaluation and improvement of work processes

Responsible for the E-commerce customer contact centre. This team takes care of the fulfillment of reservations made via websites of ATPI and its affiliate partners. Main tasks:• Planning and supervising a team of 8• Supervision of technical, operational and commercial support• Conduction annual reviews• Quality control• Evaluation and improvement of work processes• Assist in case of high volumes and/or tight staffing

Nederland

Account manager for leisure clients (= travel agents) of ATPI. Promotion and support of ATPI’s software solution for the non-IATA travel agents. I visit, potential, travel agencies and provide assistance for effective management of their airline ticket reservations. Portfolio of several large accounts, like Holiday Land, and around 100 independent travel agencies. Main tasks:• Providing on site and in-house demonstrations and training• Contract and relationship management • Creating and implementing sales campaigns• Organizing educational trips and client events• Providing technical support• Contract management affiliate partners• Support role out of leisure product in Belgium marketI also assist the commercial team regarding the software solution for the corporate clients. I give demonstrations and training, technical support and set-up of the booking tool.
