I started training in Jiyushin-Ryu Aikibudo in August 1995. Myself and two other students took over the dojo in Tempe Arizona in 2011 when our teacher moved to Washington. As a Dojo Cho, my duties include managing the business side of the dojo (collecting dues, paying bills, organizing events, tracking student progress), and teaching Jiyushin-Ryu Aikibudo, a modern Japanese martial art with roots in Aikido and Judo.
