25 years have passed since the first time I heard the phrase ERP. Most of it was spent in the world of SAP Business One, which was a professionally rewarding and personally gratifying experience. I am privileged to have met thousands of users, worked with amazing colleagues, and made many friends for life. Along the way, I did things I never dreamed of, like creating conferences and writing books. I am more than grateful.What has always mattered the most in my career has been the customers and their success. The most rewarding experiences have always been meeting with customers and doing my best to help them maximize their investment and grow their business. I couldn’t imagine living where I couldn’t show up as help. That's why I said yes when Richard Sellar, one of those many friends, asked me to join his team on a new adventure as their Member Success Director. I decided there were a few more pages needed in my personal story. Stellar One is 100% focused on Acumatica. For the first time in my life, I'm a part of a startup and having a great time learning all about a cloud-based ERP system and a SAAS-only business model. As a Stellar One Leadership Team member, I'm highly focused on member retention and making everyone a member for life. Or, as the industry likes to say, reducing churn.It's a new day and a new way - the story has just begun.
