Main responsibilities include:1, Build PaaS service in colo-datacentre. Compute provisioning for cross region distributed service, code standardized initialization tool for bare-metal hardware using Python, using network kickstart automate the massive deployment CentOS and Debian operating system on bare metal and virtualization hosts. Post-install OS configuration, using CM Ansible configure Linux operating systems, deliver compute resource that comply with application service characteristics and CIS security standards.2, Configuring Linux operating systems with Ansible to comply with application service characteristics and CIS security standards.3, Building a data security service platform for production, including the deployment of CrowdStrike and Splunk clients, log collection and analysis, and unified access authentication solutions for Linux networks using FreeIPA/Active Directory.4, Supporting network services such as public/private DNS, Mail, and FTP etc.5, As the company transitions its services to AWS to meet new business compliance requirements, the main responsibilities shift to cloud security governance, leading and coordinating the security compliance remediation plans of the DATA, UI, and Monitor teams, delivering security governance projects for multiple AWS accounts, and resolving hundreds of issues identified by AWS Security Hub.

As a senior system administrator, I provided technical support in collaboration with the US private cloud team for the VMware private cloud deployed in GE Healthcare data farms of France, the US, and China. This included support for computing hardware, storage, self-service UI, and Linux virtual servers. The platform host over 2000 virtual instances for testing, validation, and production applications. Work based on internal ticket system, response to service diagnosis, system issue troubleshooting, and hardware/network hardware repair request.

Support scope include but not limit to service analytic troubleshooting, change management, RSA certificate renewal, DNS, HBAC/RBAC authentication access control, system/service provisioning, Mail, nagios/zabbix monitor, puppet configuration management, Virtualization KMV/Xen/VMware support, in-house tools code release, different open-source backed service for about 200 game titles. As Unix team technical lead for Microsoft MSN live site engineering project, I was relocated to Microsoft's headquarters in Redmond. I collaborated with three colleagues from the Beijing and London to provide 24-hour technical support Microsoft MSN online properties MSN TV, Multimap, and Photosynth unix based platform, scope include about 300+ Linux, x86 Solaris servers and oracle database;Additionally, I implemented an overseas storage disaster recovery project, delivering and executing the expansion of blade and SAN infrastructure for the Bank of China's London branch to the disaster recovery site, ensure the data consistency at storage level and verification of cross-site service recovery.
