Cofounder And Cto
YC S24. Led all technical implementation for flyflow.ai . Helped co-own GTM and product. We ran the startup as a series of experiments. Team is going to continue with it, but I left. I built 4 fully-fledged products and a bunch more experiments: - Slack Customer Success Tool (eg Pylon Competitor) - Didn't get a ton of traction on this, clear it could be a good lifestyle business - LLM Fine-Tuning as a Service - In 2 months to ~11 users and we were pushing 200M tokens per month through our OpenAI compatible API. Probably would have been a 3-5k/mo business if we monetized it. I think the reason we gave up on this was less about the business and more about our conviction in fine-tuning long term.- AI Voice API - Full end-to-end twilio integrated streaming pipeline for "talking" to AI (eg Retell, Vapi, Bland etc). Growth was spikey but had one big customer that would variably do a few thousand calls per day. - AI-powered Lead Sourcing - Onboarded ~700 users and got to ~2k/mo in revenue from our PLG product.
Cofounder And Ceo
Data infrastructure and APIs in web3. Raised $5.3m seed in March 22' from Kindred, Foundry, Matchstick, Chapter One, Coinbase Ventures, and various small funds and angels. Shut down due to market conditions. Returned ~40% of capital back to investors Built several products under our Web3 umbrella: - Human readable web3 indexer and API -98% decoded data warehouse and blockchain data ETL for Snowflake and Bigquery- AI recommendation engine and API for NFTs and tokens, powering recommendations for consumer web3 applications During this period the market for web3 infrastructure was going through a trough. We scaled it to 10s of thousands in MRR, but realized that there wasn't a market to build a venture scale business for this infrastructure. We experimented briefly with introducing a token model, working with Fenwick and Fireeyes to design a token mechanic, but ultimately got blocked by legal and regulatory issues.Managed team of 10 and owned all aspects of engineering, go-to-market, product etc. Tried a pivot the last few months and didn't get enough conviction to double down. Returned capital.
