Currently:Director Japanese Garden in Hasselt. Working with a diverse team to uphold and improve Europe's largest authentic Japanese Garden. The public sector allows me to give back to the community, add some value and beauty to the cultural landscape and promote Japanese culture which is so dear to me.Used to be:Import Beer Manager (Duvel-Moortgat, Warsteiner,...) with 6 years experience in Japan. Skilled in Translation, Event Management, Editing and Public Speaking. Strong team player that can also work independently and creatively with a Master's degree focused in Japanese Studies from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.Quick to adapt and eager to learn, I enjoy the chance to learn not just the intricacies of a new job but also the culture and language. As a Japanese Studies major, it is my passion and dream to create bridges between Japan and Belgium, in a professional and personal sense.
