Delivering Mental Health First Aid training to for-profit and non-profit organizations with a specific focus on the youth mental health crisis. Public speaking and training workshop at conferences.

Senior leadership for the campus for an alternative, therapeutic high school. Responsibilities include supervision of campus staff, monitoring & growing our program, identify needs & resources, oversee annual operation budget, supporting behavior management program, community outreach & networking, fundraising, and team training.

Supporting the development of students as Youth Ministry Co-Creators and developing youth participation practice in the Christian Church. Creating resources, sharing learning and providing development opportunities for the local church.

Helping churches find the right personnel for their open job, drawing on all of our experience working with youth pastors and understanding healthy youth ministries to assist our church partnerships that are in the middle of a leadership transition. We provide a health assessment, a strategic plan for necessary adjustments that need to be made before new leadership comes into play, and a recruitment team that vets all the best candidates according to the church’s needs. On the flip-side we also partner with the applicant/candidate as they walk through pursuing these open opportunities.

Implementing the Methodist Church's youth participation strategy across the North West of England. Delivering training, managing project intern placements and supporting the work of Methodist Churches, Circuits and Districts. Working alongside all regional workers to develop national resources, activities, and events.

Developed a children & youth ministry for a large and active Methodist Church. Established a new youth cafe project and set up new small group discipleship programmes.
