I am an independent contractor for Celebrating home. We are a decorating and gift organization. I have gifts for every occasion (showers, birthdays, employees/clients and holidays) including candles, home accessories, items for the garden, and prints/pictures. I decorate peoples homes and businesses. I hold home parties for Hostesses. Hostesses can be anyone wanting to take advantage of free merchandise. I also facilitate candle fundraisers where up to 50% of the total sold goes to the organization. Individuals can order by phone, internet, or through a party.

Home staging is giving a home that is ready to be put on or is already on the market, a move in ready feel. How this is achieved is by enhancing the home's curb appeal, making the home look larger, creating ambience through colors, lighting and smells, bringing attention to the home’s most appealing features, and making sure there are no physical items or issues with the home that would turn a potential buyer off. Sellers have to look at their home as a marketable item and try to look at it from a potential buyers perspective. As a Professional Home Stager, this is where I come in.I can determine how to ready the interior of a home for listing photos and open houses. Plus, as a bonus I can make recommendation’s to the outside of the home to prepare it for day to day viewing.

I was in charge of business development and profitability for a financial center office. This was accomplished through business calls, networking, and the oversite of expenses and profit lines. I was a member of various networking groups including the Home Builders Association, The Women's Council of Realtors, the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce, the Manatee Chamber of Commerce Leads Group, and the American Business Women's Association. A large portion of my duties were establishing a loan portfolio for my office. The establishment of a loan portfolio included, training of my staff, marketing, and underwriting of loans. I received lending authority and successfully underwrote consumer and commercial loans. I oversaw 7 employees at one point and was also incharge of managing two offices while we transitioned one of the offices to close. I conducted teller training for a staff belonging to multiple offices.

My position was a general manager. I oversaw the Men's, Kid's, Ladie's, and Shoe Departments. I was also the credit coordinator for the store. At the peak of the retail season I managed 40 employees. I set floor plans, provided analysis on product lines, hired, trained and developed employees.
