I substitute teach in grades 4K - 12 for the Ashwaubenon School District

Primarily, I provided an interface between the plant, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, the plant's legal representation, the property owners and the environmental consultant employed by Fox Valley Steel & Wire for an investigation related to an environmental release. I did the majority of the investigation related to the primary contaminant of concern for the plant. This consisted of technical internet searches, interviews, industry resource internet searches, statistical analysis, and historical record review. I collected, organized and clearly presented my research. I provided leadership to get this information shared in a way that the environmental investigation included all pertinent information and resulted in a expedited outcome for the plant. I also helped the plant manage the costs and plant impact of the investigation. The plant received closure from the WDNR on this project in December of 2013. While working with the plant, I also worked with plant leadership to make improvements to their maintenance planning and inventory accuracy systems. Additionally, I helped the plant manager/owner with technician and manager job postings, screening, interviewing and hiring.

I was a member of a district-wide team in Ashwaubenon that updated the identification criteria for TAG(Talented and Gifted) elementary school students. I have tutored students in math and reading. I worked in the need-based breakfast program and led the school carnival for 2 years. The school carnival was the primary fundraiser in the elementary school. In middle school, I was a member of the parents network, led the Seroogy fundraiser, and participated in a number of other ways-from concessions to field trips. Throughout this period, I also supported the Ashwaubenon Youth Baseball Organization by running the summer concession stand($60M sales) for 2 years and the High School baseball concession stand for 2 years. Currently, I am also supporting the high school by working on other various committees.

I had many roles over the years I was employed by Procter & Gamble at the Cape Girardeau, MO, St. Louis, MO, and Cincinnati, OH locations. I managed raw material and finished product quality labs, taught statistics, managed a Tide and Cascade production line across 3 shifts, managed the training associated with the introduction of enzymes in Cascade, was the Reliability/Maintenance Manager in Cascade, managed the conversion to the 120 oz club size of Cascade, did work redesign, was the Synthetic Granules SAP Manager, was the Fabric Softener Production Planner, and throughout this time, managed 2 to 35 person teams of people. Hiring and personnel management activities included technician and manager hiring, interviewing, individual feedback, career management, employee termination, training activities related to new employees, new equipment, and enzymes.
