From starting as a front desk worker during the heat of COVID, I progressed to Customer Experience Manager and Assistant General Manager, honing skills in budget management, property operations, and top-tier customer service. Currently leading as the General Manager at one of Scion’s newer acquisitions, I spearheaded a remarkable turnaround, elevating resident experience by 40 points in the first year and setting new leasing records for the property in 2023.Over the past year, my team and I faced the task of rebuilding resident trust after addressing long-standing maintenance issues. Through strategic projects like new roofing, pool gate repairs, unit renovations, water damage remediation, and equipment replacements, we transformed the property. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Lindenwold University, I combine academic insights with practical experience gained as a Community Development Intern at WashU and a Community Consultant for Alive and Well.Beyond my professional journey, I'm fueled by a passion for community development and service. Athletics have always been part of my DNA – from track and soccer in my youth to achieving Collegiate All American status in rugby during my college years.
