I'm a busy girl helping people find their dream homes. I would say my niche is helping buyers. Nothing is more satisfying than finding the home that gives you the wow factor. I don't care if it takes one house or a hundred, I'm going to look out for my clients best interests. Yeah I watch the realty shows about realtors... Really 3 houses and make a choice on where you are going to live for possibly the next 20+ years? How about no! I love the Kansas City area, it gives so many options for people to look, for an area, a school district, or a particular kitchen, whatever it has to be to make them say, yes this is where I want to live. No pressure just looking for the dream! As far as listing... Of course I want to do the opposite for these clients, I want them to get the most money for their home possible as quick as possible. My goal is staying up to date with housing trends, prices, and desired updates, so when my client asks me what do I need to do to get this house ready to sell I have helpful information. Whether it is painting, de-cluttering, picking up a dog kennel, or cleaning, if you need help getting ready, I'm going to do whatever I can to help. Ask me about that when you interview me to list your home... And I suggest you interview people to see who you mix with. Although I'd like to say I'm the perfect fit, you have to interview the competition to figure that out for yourself.
