Including Priority supplier selection using GPDS. Prepare standard documents for all Milestone Reviews (such as key Program Briefing Report and OESAR / OE Launch) Aggressively manage and review Phased PPAP status and timing plans.  Lead cross-functional team meetings with site STA, D&R and purchasing. Provide onsite Program STA support for Build events (e.g., VP (Verification Prototype) builds, PCF / TCB (Part Coordinate Fixture/Trim Coordination Build), etc.) Drive resolution of supplier quality issues raised through AIMS. Lead containment, 8D follow up, ICA / PCA activity. Support Start up Meetings / FCPA (Ford Consumer Product Audit), VOCF, Campaign Prevention/Fresh Eyes, Craftsmanship, R202, DEMS, Hard Rocks, Shortage meetings, White Board reviews.

 Plants working with: Valencia, Elabuga, Chelny and St. Petersburg.  Launch programs involved: B299, B515, CD391 and CD391R, CD4.2, CD341R, U520, V363. Ford Suppliers liaison to collect and improve new packaging proposals for the launch of new models.  Dealing with internal logistic issues.  Continuous improvement of the current packaging having an impact in the company savings.  Plant layouts design and sign off meetings for new projects at Valencia plant. Active and proactive participation in Buy off meetings for the approval of delivery trailers and special racks for new parts.

 Production control, databases with QLS reports FTT, CCR, Painter Chart,... Reports development with 8-D, Six Panel forms. Monitoring and control of daily issues on the production line: Flaws, water leaks, noise, windcheck, Ecats,... Monitoring and check of the Request Verification and Pieces Rejection. Intersession with the suppliers for pieces failures or Missing Parts. Elaboration of protocols with "Lección de un sólo tema" form. FMEA course about ways of failure. Risk prevention in the workplace reports.
