First and foremost, I love managing complex situations within the businesses. I am an Engineer thus I try to use ingenuity to solve and improve not only products but also processes, and therefore I tend to be involved in all sort of decisions, no matter if they are related to Supply Chain, RD, Financials, Sales, Marketing, ...For my first professional contact, I was given the opportunity to build a Quality Assurance Department and to certificate the company under ISO9001. Since then I have tried to work on segments where quality is a a key element on the business, and not only from a product assurance perspective, but also on the way that these products are conceived, designed, manufactured and tested: Aerospacial, Medical Device, High Reliability Telecommunications mainly.Under my point of view Quality Area is like a fluid moving between stones, connecting areas and filling the gaps. That is why I was always involved with all the key areas of a company: Financials, Customer Service, Legal, Sales, Marketing and of course R&D and Operations.I am passionate about people.
