He is an expert at turnaround strategy and execution.He is a detail focused, financially savvy senior executive with proven record of success developing and managing world class technology and business transformation teams from startups to global scale multi-nationals. He has extensive experience leading cross enterprise M&A diligence, acquisition and transition teams from planning through execution of complex integration strategies. Between 1996 and 2018, he led the acquisition and integration of more than 80 companies with valuations in excess of $3 billion. He was also responsible for as many as 1300 employees and a global budget of $240m. Since 2013, he has been a Principal with Houstonian Partners, LLC, focused on private equity, advisory services and start up investments.
