Part wellness educator, part mentor, and part behavior change specialist. I work collaboratively with clients to help bridge the gap between understanding healthy lifestyle changes and the motivation to make those changes happen. Carley Rae B.A. LMT began as a fitness instructor and personal trainer with an aerobic internship at Montana State university in 2001. She graduated UT College of Massage in 2003, serving as an anatomy tutor, and volunteering with college athletes helping with injury care and strength management. Her studies abroad have included Yoga, Lomi Lomi, Nyingma Meditation, level two Reiki in the Takata lineage. Her continuing education pursuits have included neuro-sensory development, cardio choreography, and master level Reiki training as well as Reiki teacher training through Inner Peace Reiki. She has successfully completed thorough training to teach evidence-based mindfulness and meditation practices for enhancing people’s mental health, resilience and well-being, and holds the Heart Math Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety, and Emotional regulation. She combines over 20 different therapeutic touch, breath, mindfulness and movement modalities to offer client-centered life changing bodywork, and wellness coaching. She has the rare gift of being able to guide others through adversity and experience from a grounded peaceful state. Her greatest internal gift is her ability to see the big picture.
