Currently employed at Kmart Eastland as an operations manager and have been in the role since January 2019. The role is a combination of customer service and administration together. The role entails quite a large amount of responsibilities and duties but some key areas are: -Managing 100+ employees-Business compliance & audit upkeep -OHS safety polices & injury management -Rostering, timesheets & Pay queries for 200+ employees -Use of third party portals for employees, maintenance, ordering etc. I have made great character development in this role and have had some successes over the last couple of years. Smooth running stocktakes with good results, 94% Green pass rating business audit, employee training development & injury management/rehabilitation of team members are some key achievements in my role.
