When not chasing my two kids or riding my horse, I'm packing orders and sourcing postpartum products from small businesses worldwide to stock in our online Postpartum Shop. Giving birth to my son in 2019 at the edge of the global pandemic was an eye-opening, life-altering experience. After navigating postpartum undiagnosed postpartum anxiety (I was officially diagnosed after my second), I couldn't grasp why there weren't more resources dedicated solely to the period of life after birth. That's when Hello Postpartum was born.I abandoned my coaching and author career and jumped ship wholeheartedly to make an impact and help improve the postpartum experience in any way I could.Today, partnered with my husband, my neighbor and I are packing hundreds of monthly orders filled with the best postpartum care products and educational resources. We're writing handwritten notes of love and support, and we're doing our damnedest to make a difference in a time when the maternal mental health crisis is in full effect (and rising).
