Over the last 15 years of my professional career, I have accrued a wide variety of skills and experiences. I spent the first 10 years of my working life in fine dining at a country club before getting a Theology degree to teach Religious Education and run a safe house for vulnerable women. In the last 10 years, I have focused my career in the areas of communication, customer service, and media consulting, which I now do full-time for several clients around the world. I am based in Bujumbura, Burundi, though I often travel to the UK and the US for work. I cater my work to the needs of each of my clients. For some, I am managing e-commerce customer service, enhancing their user experience through app testing and giving feedback on their websites. For others, I am creating and maintaining their websites, writing their newsletters and blogs, and shooting their photo and video content. For most, I write their social media content and maintain their Instagram and Facebook accounts while planning their content calendars and finding collaborators.
