After 16 years at my former office location, reflecting on how the industry has evolved, I finally made the decision to close that location and continue to work, as I have for years, face-to-face with my clients (I've run and all-client business for many years).As it turns out, the specialty nature of my service requires focused attention, so the utility of a "walk-in" access added no value to me or to those I assist. The industry has changed to one in which online presence, maximum online exposure, and "data-mining" seems to produce the best and fastest results, whether my clients are buying OR selling real estate.I am always immediately accessible by phone or video conference, and that has worked well for some time.
