Digital Marketing ConsultantCg Media Solution Jan 2016 - Dec 2022Broadstairs - KentProviding digital marketing expertise to clients. Services offered:Facebook Ads CoachingMailChimp CoachingFacebook Ads Application (Developing and running ad campaigns on behalf of clients).MailChimp Application (Developing and running email campaigns on behalf of clients). My move into digital marketing started while working for a direct sales company 'Thomas Sanderson'. A more lucrative opportunity presented itself in self-generating leads. I decided to turn to Facebook ads to source leads and prospects. This method proved almost instantly successful and I spent many hours every week researching and refining the process which improved both lead volume and quality whilst simultaneously reducing the cost per lead. I set up my own Facebook Page for this strategy which developed over 7k followers. This process was built and improved over an 18 month period during which I invested over £15k (self-financed) and generated £232k in sales. After just 1 year at this company, I was promoted to area sales manager. I quickly adapted my digital marketing formula to increase lead volume for my team members particularly those areas that were lacking lead volume. This increased my team's earnings as well as my own. During this time, I developed a customer retargeting strategy using automated emails through MailChimp. Unfortunately, the marketing department was unhappy that my digital marketing strategy was outperforming their own and my operation was forced to shut down. This is one of the largest contributing factors in my decision to leave Thomas Sanderson. I now offer consultation to clients in this filed.
