My primary role was the management of the accounting function for the "head office" company and various smaller group companies, including the basic book-keeping up to the preparation of monthly management accounts. I also oversaw the group cash management function comprising monitoring of group balances, approval of payments, processing of FX needs and.

As Finance & Compliance Manager, my role includes but is not restricted to: - primary responsibility for the internal accounting function of the BachmannHR Group of companies, including day-to-day cash management, monitoring of billing and preparation of monthly management accounts, annual statutory financial statements cash flow forecasting and budgeting.

As Assistant Manager in the Trust Accounting team, along with the Manager, I was responsible for the review of financial statements and other financial information prepared by the team for Offshore Trust & Company structures. In addition I was also responsible for preparing financial statements and ad-hoc reporting for more complex entities and structures.

Starting as a Trainee Accountant in August 2009, my initial role involved the preparation of financial statements from raw data for small (mainly investment and/or property holding) companies and acting as a junior on audit assignments. As I progressed with my studies, firstly CAT (Certified Accounting Technician - qualified in February 2002) then ACCA.
