Throughout my career I've followed my passion for growth by building new businesses and redesigning existing businesses to drive strategic initiatives focused on value creation. I’m an action-oriented leader with senior management experience in sales, operations, finance and transaction execution. I’ve either led or advised all stages of growth from seed to Fortune 50 including capital structuring and capital raising across most forms of debt and equity. I have deep finance and transaction expertise including buy and sell-side M&A, non-control equity, IP licensing, senior bank, subordinated, bond and equity financing, as well as strategic partnerships and alliances. My experience covers many industries including auto (manufacturing and retail), industrials, consumer products, business services, finance, software, ecommerce, media/entertainment and retail. I have also enjoyed leading international growth initiatives across Europe and much of Asia, particularly strategic alliances. I started my career in management consulting across a variety of operational and strategic engagements that whet my desire to be more directly involved in my clients' businesses. That led me to several startups as CFO raising capital, leading growth initiatives, evolving business models, building out the organizations and ultimately a variety of exits. I led those exits and capital raising without using outside bankers. Eventually I became an investment banker serving clients in their most important transactions which was a source of great satisfaction. Ultimately, my collective experiences led to additional opportunities at Wells Fargo doing what I love to do – grow businesses.
